Danielle Dunfield-Prayero

Co-Founder & Chairman

Danielle is an accomplished businesswoman, political campaigner, and former Team GB triathlete. Born in New York, raised in the Netherlands, and having lived and worked in Singapore, Sydney, and Vancouver, she brings a global perspective to business and public policy.

Danielle began her career in international finance, holding senior roles at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, ING, and CDC IXIS (now LCF Rothschild Midcaps), before moving into international trade promotion with Skarbek Associates. There, she worked alongside General Sir Michael Rose, one of Britain's most distinguished soldiers, helping British businesses expand overseas through UK embassies and high commissions.

As CEO of The Great Sussex Way, Danielle aided the region's post-pandemic economic recovery, working with over 1,000 businesses to boost investment, revitalise high streets, increase visitor numbers, and support jobs and growth.

Alongside her business career, Danielle was the Conservative Party's Parliamentary Candidate for Wimbledon at the 2024 General Election. During the campaign she was joined by three former and serving prime ministers - Lord Cameron, Baroness May, and Rishi Sunak MP. Danielle also partnered with Medical Life Lines Ukraine, personally driving an ambulance carrying vital humanitarian aid to Lviv - an experience that reinforced her commitment to international responsibility and the defence of democracy, however imperfect it can be.

Following the election, Danielle worked with senior Conservatives including Lord McLoughlin, Lord Booth, and Julian Ellacott on the Party's post-election review, which was subsequently taken forward by Kemi Badenoch MP, Leader of the Opposition, former Secretary of State for Business and Trade, and a Wimbledon resident. Recognising the need to rebuild trust between business and the Conservative Party, she co-founded and now chairs Conservatives For Business, a platform giving Britain's SME community a stronger voice in shaping business-friendly policy. Danielle also serves on The Jobs Foundation's Business Council and the Centre for Policy Studies' Economic Policy Group.

Inspired by business leaders such as Baroness Brady and by her father, a pioneering British research scientist and successful entrepreneur, Danielle is passionate about creating opportunities for both the NowGen and NextGen. As the mother of three boys - Oscar (15), Hugo (17), and Theo (19) - this commitment is deeply personal.

A two-time Team GB World Triathlon Championship competitor, Danielle brings the resilience and discipline of elite sport to commercial and political leadership. She holds two master's degrees from the University of Cambridge and the University of Bath.

Danielle is happily married to Gordon. They split their time between London and Sussex, and their much-loved labradoodle is Strider.

Adam Honeysett-Watts

Co-Founder & Executive Director

Adam has more than 19 years' experience in politics, public affairs, and communications. He re-founded the Conservatives in Communications network in 2019, which he now runs with Emily, alongside his own SME.

Adam first met Danielle when he became Head of Communications for her GE2024 campaign; following the election, they co-founded Conservatives For Business before inviting Emily, Finley, and Phoebe to join. He oversees the day-to-day running of the platform, including engagement with both MPs and sponsors. Born in East Yorkshire, Adam now lives in South London.

Emily Carter-Kandola

Deputy Executive Director

Emily has over a decade's experience in politics, public affairs, and events. She was the Conservative candidate in the 2022 Stretford & Urmston by-election and previously worked for Kevin Hollinrake MP, the former Small Business Minister and now Chairman.

Today, she works for a growing SME and co-runs both Conservatives For Business and Conservatives in Communications with Adam, leading on engagement with business groups. Originally from North Yorkshire, Emily now divides her time between London and Greater Manchester.

Finley Morris

Director

Finley brings experience from politics, public affairs, and communications, having worked for the Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Business and Energy team, a consultancy, Klarna, as Special Adviser to the Energy Secretary, and at Mars.

He serves as a Director of Conservatives For Business and Conservatives in Communications. Born in Wales, Finley now lives in South London - where he is also godfather to Adam's Labrador, Albert.

Director

Phoebe has several years of professional experience spanning politics, public affairs, and strategic communications. She serves as both a Unitary Councillor in Surrey, where she lives, and is actively involved in the Conservative movement.

Phoebe is Chair of her local Conservative Women's Organisation and Conservative Rural Forum branches, Vice Chair of the Conservative Commonwealth Group, and a Director of Conservatives in Communications and Conservatives For Business.
